Google Chrome is now here, and so far I like it. It is faster then Fire Fox, and seems to handle Java better. Moreover, I now have the return of certain Active X controls that I did not have with Fire Fox 3. For those of you that have no idea what I’m talking about, Google Chrome is Google’s new web browser. Give it a try.

In other news: Classes have stared and I am building a new computer. I just ordered the power supply, and will get the mother board next week.

One more thing, this will be the only good thing I will ever say about her; but Sarah Palin is hot.

Well there is a push here in Connecticut by a few of the colleges to lower the drinking age to 18 from the current 21. The thought is that by lowering the drinking age, there will be a decrease of binge drinking by teenagers because alcohol wil be more readly available, thus they are less likely to be inticed to get drunk once they have alcohol available. MADD argues that the current drinking age has already dimished binge drinking, and has also lowered the death rate caused by DUI crashes.

My thought; if you are old enough to sign a legal binding contract and die in the military, you should be allowed to buy a beer. American socitey has made alcohol a taboo, and childeren are not taught at an early age to respect it, like our friends across the Pond. Well I’m off to the bar.
